River Birch is a spacious and bright one bedroom log cabin, ideal for a romantic couples holiday or a getaway for two. A perfect base to explore the Vale of Pewsey and surrounding areas, such as the historic Roman City of Bath, Stonehenge, Savernake Forest, Avebury and the famous market town of Malborough. Whether exploring on foot, car or on your bike, there are so many countryside footpaths, bridleways and scenic drives.
The cabin is semi-detached and has been built back to back with Heron's Nest, each with their own verandas facing in opposite directions. River Birch overlooks the lake and gets the early morning sun – fabulous for having breakfast outside and being entertained by all the water birds and their shenanigans.
The lodge is accessed by two steps leading onto the veranda and parking is in the small car park a few metres away.
