Heron's Nest is a spacious and bright one bedroom log cabin, ideal for a romantic couples holiday or a getaway for two. A perfect base to explore the Vale of Pewsey and surrounding areas, such as the historic Roman City of Bath, Stonehenge, Savernake Forest, Avebury and the famous market town of Malborough. Whether exploring on foot, car or on your bike, there are so many countryside footpaths, bridleways and scenic drives.
The cabin is semi-detached and has been built back to back with River Birch, each with their own verandas facing in opposite directions. Heron's Nest looks down the pretty stream and faces almost due west, so gets the afternoon and evening sun – perfect for sunbathing and having a glass of wine on the deck whilst watching the sunset.
The lodge is accessed by two steps leading onto the veranda and parking is in the small car park a few metres away.
